Its place of business is located in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, but it wills to settle offices at wherever place of the country.

Transmit Reciprocal knowledge of the cultural manifestations between Dominican villages and the Japanese village with the interest of establishing an interchange that consolidate bonds of friendship and understanding between both countries, encouraging the execution in the country with an orientation program for experts, Japanese young volunteers and the ex-grant holders in Japan and in Central American, south American countries and the Caribbean
